REFUND & RETURN

At Dadi Organics, we take pride in the quality of every product we offer. Each item is carefully formulated, inspected, and packaged before it reaches you. However, we understand that there may be occasions where a product does not meet your expectations, and we want to address those situations fairly and transparently.
Please read this policy carefully before placing an order. By purchasing from Dadi Organics, you agree to the terms outlined below.
General Return Policy
We accept returns under specific conditions only. Due to the nature of our products, which are organic skincare and wellness items that come into direct contact with the skin, we maintain strict return guidelines to protect the health and safety of all our customers.
Returns will only be considered under the following circumstances:
· The product delivered is damaged or broken upon arrival
· The product delivered is incorrect and does not match your order
· The product is expired at the time of delivery
· The product has a manufacturing defect that is verifiable
· We do not accept returns or offer refunds in the following cases:
· The product has been opened, used, or tampered with
· The customer has changed their mind after purchase
· The product was purchased on sale or as part of a promotional offer
· The return request is made after the eligible return window has closed
Dissatisfaction based on personal preference of scent, texture, or color, as natural organic products may vary slightly in appearance due to the nature of their ingredients
Return Window
All return requests must be submitted within 3 days of the delivery date. Requests submitted after this period will not be entertained under any circumstances.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our support team using the following steps:
· Email us at support@dadiorganics.com within 3 days of receiving your order
· Include your order number, full name, and contact number
· Clearly describe the issue with the product
· Attach clear photographs of the product showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item
Our team will review your request within 3 to 5 business days and respond with further instructions. Please do not return any product without receiving written approval from our team first. Unauthorized returns will not be processed or refunded.
Refund Policy
Once a return is approved and the product is received and inspected by our team, we will notify you of the outcome. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed in one of the following forms:
· Store Credit – Added to your Dadi Organics account for use on future purchases
· Product Replacement – A replacement of the same product will be dispatched
· Bank Transfer – In applicable cases, a refund may be issued to the customer's bank account within 7 to 10 business days
The method of refund will be determined by Dadi Organics based on the nature of the complaint and at our sole discretion.
Please note that original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
Damaged Products During Shipping
If your order arrives damaged, please do not discard the packaging. Take clear photographs and record proper video of the outer packaging and the damaged product immediately upon delivery and email them to us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Claims for shipping damage submitted after 24 hours will not be accepted.
Legal Basis
This policy is governed in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act applicable in the relevant province of Pakistan, including but not limited to the Punjab Consumer Protection Act 2005 and the Islamabad Consumer Protection Act 1995. Customers retain their legal rights under applicable Pakistani consumer protection law where those rights cannot be excluded by contract.
