At Dadi Organics, we work to ensure that your order reaches you safely, securely, and within a reasonable timeframe. This Shipping Policy outlines everything you need to know about how we process and deliver orders across Pakistan.

Please read this policy carefully before placing your order. By completing a purchase with Dadi Organics, you agree to the terms outlined below.


Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working business day.

You will receive an order confirmation via email or WhatsApp once your order has been placed. A dispatch notification will follow once your order has been handed over to our courier partner.

Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are accurate at the time of placing your order. Dadi Organics is not responsible for delivery delays or failures resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.


Shipping Destinations

We currently deliver across Pakistan, including major cities and remote areas, subject to courier service availability. Delivery to certain remote or rural areas may take additional time beyond the standard delivery window.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Any updates to our delivery coverage will be announced on our website.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed. Charges may vary based on the delivery location and order weight.

Dadi Organics may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. Such promotions will be clearly communicated on our website and are subject to the specific terms of each offer.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. You can use this tracking number on the courier company's website or app to monitor the status of your delivery in real time.

If you have not received a tracking update within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@dadiorganics.com.


Delivery Attempts and Failed Deliveries

Our courier partners will attempt delivery to your provided address. If delivery is unsuccessful due to the customer being unavailable, an incorrect address, or refusal to accept the order, the courier may attempt redelivery or hold the package at a local facility.

If a package is returned to us due to a failed delivery caused by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the order.


Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the outer packaging and the product immediately and contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will coordinate with our courier partner to resolve the matter.

In the rare event that a shipment is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate the matter with our courier partner and take appropriate action, which may include reshipping the order or issuing a store credit, at our discretion.

Dadi Organics is not liable for shipments that are lost or delayed due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, or courier operational failures.


Cash on Delivery

We offer Cash on Delivery as a payment option for eligible orders within Pakistan. Please note that if a customer places a Cash on Delivery order and refuses to accept delivery without a valid reason, Dadi Organics reserves the right to restrict future Cash on Delivery orders from that customer.


Legal Basis

This Shipping Policy is governed in accordance with applicable Pakistani commercial and consumer protection laws, including the Sale of Goods Act 1930 and relevant provincial consumer protection legislation. Customers retain their legal rights under applicable Pakistani law where those rights cannot be excluded by this policy.
