In the event of a pricing error on our website, we reserve the right to cancel orders placed at the incorrect price and notify the customer accordingly.

5. Order Confirmation and Cancellation

Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation via email or WhatsApp. This confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not constitute acceptance until the order has been processed and dispatched.

Dadi Organics reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion, including but not limited to cases of:

· Product unavailability or stock shortage

· Suspected fraudulent activity

· Inaccurate customer information provided at checkout

· Inability to deliver to the specified address

In the event of an order cancellation initiated by Dadi Organics, a full refund will be issued to the customer through the original payment method or as store credit.

Customers may request order cancellation before the order has been dispatched. Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled and the return policy will apply.
